Every serious athlete gets trained and surrounds themselves by people who have played, and won, the game. That happens by design. Why shouldn’t the Agency-Owner community have access to the same support and growth network? In my experience, at times, running my agency was lonely and so many questions would come up that no one in my network really “got.” Also, I couldn’t find communities composed of similarly-situated owners, exited-founders and experts in scaling and Exiting. Being a part of a group with this composition would have made the journey a lot more fun, less stressful and more profitable – in every sense of the word. I recently exited my Internet marketing agency. In reflecting on my marathon from start to exit, I asked myself, having gone through 10+ years of growing, learning, making mistakes and then, eventually dialing it all in and selling… who could I help most? The answer became clear: Me, a bunch of years ago. For me, it would have been immensely valuable to have a connected network of exited-agency- founders and experts in scaling and exiting around me. A vetted, trusted group that could be relied on for advice, sounding-board, lead generation, service productization, churn reduction and exit-readiness. The more I reflected on my own journey the more I realized just how amazing this group would have been for me. That is why I’m excited to invite you to join us.
